Job Title: Retail Store Sales Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Retail Store Leader to lead our team at our Ohio St. location in Oshkosh, WI. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. As the Store Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring our customers have exceptional in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership:
• Drive store sales performance to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Boost Mobile services and cellphone accessories.
• Lead by example, providing exceptional customer service and fostering a consultative sales approach.

Team Management:

• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales associates.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

Customer Service:

• Ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of Boost Mobile services and products to provide expert advice.

Store Operations:

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor and manage store expenses to meet budgetary goals.

Community Engagement:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local community organizations.
• Participate in community events to promote our store and services.
• Implement community outreach initiatives to drive store traffic and sales.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the mobile phone industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
