Director of Compliance Overview
As the Director of Compliance, you will oversee the compliance and IC recruiting departments, ensuring that our home delivery teams comply with federal, state, and local regulations, DOT, and company and client policies. You will manage and lead a team of dedicated employees to continue building a highly engaged workforce to achieve key business strategies, collaborative partnerships, and strict adherence to applicable compliance requirements and standards.
This individual will be an essential part of UST’s growth and success, built upon the expectation that EVERY team member will “Execute Excellence Every time”—known internally as E3.
