Communications Manager manages an organization's internal and external communications strategies and programs. Creates, implements and oversees communications programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products. Being a Communications Manager may aid in the preparation of presentations and/or speeches geared toward employees and consumers. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Communications Manager typically reports to a director. The Communications Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Communications Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. The Regional Manager leads operations for an assigned region within the organization. Acts as a liaison between the client and the company. Responsibilities

- Serves as the main point of contact between locations within the assigned region and corporate leadership.
- Tracks regional performance and provides reports to management
- Evaluates new business opportunities and recommends services to Senior Management.
- Establishes and implements goals within guidelines set by Senior Management.
- Acts as a liaison between the client and local team members regarding changes or problems
Requirements
Education and Experience
Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of experience. Requires 3 years of Telecommunications experience in leadership positions.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, sit
- Ability to use hands to handle or feet
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to climb and balance
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to maintain all safety expectations
- Ability to drive covered vehicle
