We seek a dynamic team member to join us as our Regional Marketing and Communications Director to oversee and manage all in-house and third-party company marketing activities including content management, SEO, social media, paid advertising, website maintenance, and company business profiles.

    This multifaceted role requires a dynamic individual who can balance the demands of developing original content and optimizing relationships with third-party agencies while executing strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and improve communication channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in marketing, strong content creation skills, and a general knowledge of digital marketing strategies and healthcare.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Brand Awareness and Resident Engagement

    • Create and manage resident referral incentive programs to drive new admissions and resident retention.
    • Drive new resident leads and create connections with local health care agencies to increase admissions.
    • Update brochures and maintain current marketing materials that accurately portray services provided.
    • Assist with planning and communicating company events as needed.
    • Send thank you or sympathy cards to residents or their families during significant life events such as admissions, move-outs, or bereavements.

    Content Creation and Management

    • Create and schedule varied social media content that promotes brand values.
    • Write blog posts and expert articles that position the company as a leader in the assisted living and memory care industry.
    • Develop ad copy and oversee ad design ensuring that all advertising communicates the brand effectively.
    • Respond to online reviews, addressing feedback, and maintaining a positive public image.
    • Ensure the company website is kept up to date and accurate, reflecting the latest information about services and facilities.

    Third-Party Agency Management

    • Manage relationships with third-party advertising agencies to ensure they meet performance goals and deliver high-quality work.
    • Approve all content, confirming it meets standards for accuracy and aligns with company guidelines.
    • Initiate and drive new projects to keep marketing efforts innovative and effective.
    • Collaborate on SEO management, ensuring website visibility and user engagement.

    Strategic Planning and Budgeting

    • Create advertising budgets that align with marketing goals and financial constraints.
    • Monitor spending, ensuring all marketing expenditures offer an acceptable return on investment.
    • Provide periodic reports to the Leadership Team on the progress and efficacy of marketing projects.
    • Prepare marketing materials for new community additions.

    Qualifications:

    • At least 5 years of experience in marketing.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Adobe Creative Suite Applications, WordPress, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other internet-based applications.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Great interpersonal communication skills across all levels.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Highly responsive to questions and requests.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Must have time management skills and strong organizational skills.

    Job Location:

    • Via Elegante has four communities located in Southern Arizona. Your primary work location could be at any of our communities or fully remote with periodic site visits.

    Required Licensure and Certificates:

    • Valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or appropriate background check with the ability to apply for a card within 20 days of hire)

    Schedule:

    • Flexible, this position will likely require more hours as we execute on our growth strategy.

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

    Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
