Commodity Forwarders is looking for Dock Logistics Customer Service Representative to fill a position within our Operations department. This is a non-exempt position with an hourly rate between $19.75 – $23/hr. depending on experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join our Seattle Branch.

Location: Seattle, WA

Schedule: Most of the year schedule will be Monday – Friday between 2:30pm – 11:00pm.

For the months of June and August schedule will be 4:00pm – 12:30am (will include some weekends)

Your Role:

• Check in drivers and customers for pickups and deliveries
• Data entry for pickups and deliveries
• Coordinate with warehouse for unloading and loading
• Verify piece counts and receive product in system
• Send customers inventory reports
• Work with other departments to book freight and assist customers

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Eligible to work in the US and pass TSA background check
• Logistics and/or supply chain experience preferred
