Job Description: We are looking for a motivated, experienced or not Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to contribute to the expansion of our client base. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and motivated by success and have a proven track record in customer service, commercial roofing knowledge, and a deep understanding of the industry is a huge bonus. The primary responsibility will be to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and drive sales growth. We will provide leads until you are ready to be out of your own!

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through various channels to expand the client base.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' roofing needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers and roofing specialists to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in commercial and industrial sectors.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients, outlining the benefits of our roofing solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently closing deals and expanding the customer portfolio.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial roofing sales, Not Required but Desired
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and materials, Not Required but Desired
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, a MUST.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, a MUST.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets, a MUST.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, a MUST

Compensation: This position offers a competitive commission-based pay structure, providing unlimited earning potential for successful sales representatives. No cap Commission
