Commercial Tire Sales Representative develops new prospects and interacts with existing commercial tire customers to increase sales of products and/or services. Evaluates customer needs and makes product recommendations. Being a Commercial Tire Sales Representative develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of products and/or services in order to provide accurate information to customers. Meets established sales goals. Additionally, Commercial Tire Sales Representative may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Commercial Tire Sales Representative typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     In this role, you will be an integral part of a sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with recognized experts and prioritized stakeholders. You will:

    • Maximize new business opportunities with health service providers
    • Be accountable for deep understanding of products' clinical efficacy, articulating a value proposition for the customer, providing product support/information as needed, and achieving individual sales quotas
    • Engage in meaningful dialogue that addresses the needs of the health provider and patient
    • Build trust and credibility and become a true collaborator in commercial success

    Essential Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 2 years’ pharmaceutical sales experience
    • Ability to travel and possess a valid driver’s license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts

    Desired Requirements:

    • Strong recent experience selling launch product preferred
    • Strong track record of sales success and experience developing, implementing, executing and measuring success with account plans
    • Ability to work in a virtual and field based environment
    • Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

    The annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 - $87,500. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
