The Assistant Commercial Property Manager, under the direction of the Portfolio Manager, will assist in overseeing and coordinating all property management, construction project management, maintenance, site visits, and conduct meetings for our portfolio in Maryland. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with tenants and vendors. Ideal candidates will have experience with daily tenant operations and communications, financial reporting, budgets, contract review, and site inspections.
