Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the management and operations of our commercial portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, customer service, and a proven track record in property management. As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success and profitability of our commercial properties.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including tenant screening, tenant relations, maintenance, financial performance, and move-in/move-out processes.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the properties, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, working closely with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify any issues or potential areas for improvement
- Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and financial reports for each property.
- Oversee the collection of rent payments and handle delinquencies
- Maintain accurate property records, including leases, contracts, and tenant information. - Utilize property management software (Appfolio) to track leasing activities, rent collection, and financial reporting.

Experience/Skills:
- Previous experience in commercial property management or related field
- Strong knowledge of facilities management principles and practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and other relevant laws
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with real estate administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
- Ability to read and interpret lease agreements and other legal documents

- Proficiency in using property management software (Appfolio) for data entry, reporting, and analysis.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and contract management.
