We are hiring for 2 different types of positions: Litigation & Recovery Out of Business Specialist, Small Ticket and Litigation & Bankruptcy Specialist, Small Ticket. These will work with accounts of customers who have gone out of business or are past due to the point of needing equipment repossessed or accounts closed.
Responsibilities
As an Out of Business Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting customers who claim to be out of business and can no longer continue meeting their contractual obligations. Responsibilities include:
As a Litigation & Bankruptcy Specialist, you will be responsible for the aggressive management of a portfolio of classified relationships which includes: the reduction of non-performing assets, including development and implementation of collection strategies and appropriate recognition of write-off; the prevention of write-off whenever possible, repossession
Skills & Qualifications- Needs to be someone who is comfortable working with clients that are in financial trouble and assisting with getting either a payment plan or something in place to get their account back in good standing.
- 1-3 years of commercial transaction and workout experience
- Knowledge of various resolution strategies for complex and routine workout situations
- Works well with others and can change priorities quickly.
- Ability to communicate strategies and outcomes.
- Ability to organize a vast array of facts and data and provide risk related recommendations.
- Fast-paced, time sensitive responses
- Complex legal, business, and financial structures
- Negotiation skills
- Time management, attention to detail, a team player, self-motivated
- Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
