Clinical Services Director - Home Care jobs in Virginia

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to lead our home care agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home care and home health care, as well as extensive experience in payroll, human resources, managing, and accounting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee all aspects of the agency's operations, including staffing, scheduling, payroll processing, billing, and accounting.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing home care agencies.
• Manage the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring that all staff members are properly trained and qualified to provide care to our clients.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the agency's management team, fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability.
• Monitor and analyze agency performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to develop strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives.
• Ensure that the agency maintains compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to home care and home health care services.
• Oversee the agency's financial management functions, including budgeting, financial reporting, and accounts payable/receivable.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role within the home care or home health care industry.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, hiring practices, human resources management, and accounting principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred.
• Certification in home care or home health care management preferred.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
