What will you be doing:

The Director of Client Success will be responsible for proactively building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensure that their needs and goals are being met, and maximizing their satisfaction and retention. The Director of Client Success works closely with our customers alongside our internal Business Development, Product Management, Customer Support, Operations, Analytics, Strategic Initiatives, Finance, and other teams to ensure a full-service model for our clients.

What will you come with:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or communications.
• 6 years' of managed care experience; Home Health, DME a plus
• 10 years’ experience in B2B client management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs and goals.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
• Experience using CRM or customer success software.
• Knowledge of the industry and market trends related to the company's products or services.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles to help identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing client needs and requirements.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving client satisfaction and retention.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders within and outside the company.
• Experience developing and executing client success strategic and plans.
• Ability to work from a remote location effectively and efficiently.
• Proficient using MS Office
