Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Nurse Director Surgical Services will oversee the clinical and administrative operations of all perioperative areas including inpatient operating rooms, outpatient surgical areas, endoscopy, pre-admission testing, and sterile processing services. Responsibilities include developing and implementing service line strategic vision, collaborating with system VPs and Finance to ensure seamless operations, emphasizing a culture of patient centered care, allocating department resources, preparing for regulatory surveys, and managing financial budgets.
