Clinical Outcomes Analyst jobs in Colorado

Clinical Outcomes Analyst collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Gathers data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a manager. The Clinical Outcomes Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.     Positive Outcomes, LLC is a locally owned mental and behavioral health clinic that offers two branches of therapeutic service. Positive Outcomes, LLC behavioral health specializes in ABA services as well as Early Intervention services in social/emotional skills training and parent training. Integrative Mind and Body Wellness, LLC is our branch that specializes in a wide range of behavioral & mental health services to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Medical Family Therapy, Peak Performance/Optimal Performance, Heart-Rate Variability (HRV), Biofeedback, and Neurofeedback

    Requirements for the RBT Position:

    1yr verified RBT experience· with current certification as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) in good standing with the BACB

    Must pass a full 10 year background check.

    Must have proof of current motor vehicle liability insurance

    Preferred Qualifications:

    2 yrs RBT experience implementing procedures and techniques based on ABA principles

    · Current CPR/BLS certification or currently signed up for in person training course that includes practice on a mannequin.

    Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
