Clinical Educator jobs in New Hampshire
Clinical Educator is responsible for developing and delivering training programs for clinical health workers. Identifies professional development needs, facilitates training, and conducts in-service sessions. Being a Clinical Educator conducts research to stay current with health care regulations and best practices. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Clinical Educator requires certification as an instructor for both ACLS and BLS. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Clinical Educator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. The Nurse Educator will develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs to enhance the clinical skills of the staff in the department. The Nurse Educator will work closely with the ED Leadership Team to identify where education is needed and develop curriculum to deliver in effective training programs.
Requirements- 5 years of Emergency Department Nursing
- Prior experience as Preceptor or Nurse Educator in the ED
- Active RN License
- BSN Required
