Clinic Receptionist jobs in Delaware
Clinic Receptionist is responsible for greeting and registering patients as they enter the admitting ward of a hospital or clinic. Provides phone, clerical, and data entry support including insurance verification. Being a Clinic Receptionist directs patients, visitors, and callers to appropriate parties and answers basic questions. Requires a high school diploma. Additionally, Clinic Receptionist typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Clinic Receptionist possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. As our new receptionist, you will be the voice and face of our dealership. We need someone with a winning attitude and a professional appearance.
While we prefer someone with experience, candidates with great potential will also be considered.
Job Responsibilities
- Proper phone etiquett
- Answer the phone and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Understand and follow receptionist processes and procedures
- Greet visitors and obtain name and nature of business
- Arrive to work on time daily and comply with work schedule
