The Opportunity:

The Clinic Director oversees the clinic budget, orders supplies and equipment, collaborates with staff to ensure efficient clinic operations, oversees insurance billing and the EHR system, and maintains clinic compliance with legal policies, guidelines and standards.

What we offer:
Compensation: You are paid within a salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The salary range for this position is $50,000 – 55,000.
Insurance: HOPE provides 100% paid benefits for employees, including Medical, Dental and Vision. Details are provided about the plan upon request.
Paid Time Off: Full-time employees are eligible for up to 15 days of PTO (prorated based on start date), 2 Floating Holidays, plus 8 Holidays annually and the clinic closes the week between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day.
Retirement: Employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k)-program matching based on annualized salary.
