    The Opportunity:

    The Clinic Director oversees the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring that it runs efficiently and that all members of the team and our patients feel supported and have what they need to succeed. The Clinic Director oversees the clinic budget, orders supplies and equipment, collaborates with staff to ensure efficient clinic operations, oversees insurance billing and the EHR system, and maintains clinic compliance with legal policies, guidelines and standards.

    • Provides oversight to the daily operations of the clinic in support of the Medical Director
    • Monitors clinic budget and spending, and purchases clinic and testing supplies and equipment based on needs of clinic staff and the Medical Director
    • Ensures all insurance billing is submitted promptly and proper documentation is maintained in our EHR system.
    • Oversees the clinic compliance with legal policies, guidelines and standards, and assist with development of clinic policies and procedures
    • Identifies problems and communicates solutions to appropriate personnel
    • Fosters an inclusive, conflict-free, and professional environment for all staff
    • Ensures the clinic environment is safe and sanitary, adhering to health and safety standards
    • Coordinates medical and nonmedical staff to ensure quality patient care and administrative operations
    • Ensures all medical records and other documentation are current and within state and federal laws
    • Ensures all staff are compliant with up-to-date HIPAA laws
    • Performs quarterly and annual employee reviews of clinic staff and provide feedback on tester performance to help motivate their dedication to professional goals
    • Handles patient complaints and concerns, ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction
    • Develops and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, pharmaceutical representatives, and insurance companies
    • Coordinates with other program leads on collaborative projects
    • Perform all responsibilities as a representative of HOPE with the organization's mission, goals and values in mind.

    • Knowledge of basic medical terminology and provider responsibilities
    • Knowledge of EHR systems required. Knowledge of AthenaOne EHR system preferred.
    • Reliability and discretion with sensitive and confidential information
    • Ability to follow HIPAA.
    • Ability to function with and without close supervision.

    What you have:

    • Have at least three years of experience or formal education, or a combination of both, in clinic administration and management.
    • A valid driver’s license and proof of personal automobile insurance is required.

    What we offer:

    Compensation: You are paid within a salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The salary range for this position is $50,000 – 55,000.

    Insurance: HOPE provides 100% paid benefits for employees, including Medical, Dental and Vision. Details are provided about the plan upon request.

    Paid Time Off: Full-time employees are eligible for up to 15 days of PTO (prorated based on start date), 2 Floating Holidays, plus 8 Holidays annually and the clinic closes the week between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day.

    Retirement: Employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k)-program matching based on annualized salary.
