Role: Systems/Solution Architect
Location: Carlisle, PA or Salisbury, NC (Hybrid like three days per week)
Duration: 6 Months

Must-Have:

• Overall technical background--around Loyalty systems (preferred) --someone that is IT focused
• Working with retail systems and being able to communicate
• Design new systems
• E-commerce, POS
• Exp with Digital Coupons
• Experience working on the Scrum team
• Ability to architect a solution that the team presents to them.
• Degree is preferred or 3 to 5 years of experience
• Responsible for designing and implementing information systems that adequately support the organization's enterprise infrastructure.
• Analyzes system requirements, and ensures systems offer security and are effectively integrated with current applications.
• Ensures that all systems are working at optimal levels and supports the application development department regarding new technologies and system requirements.
• Has thorough knowledge of infrastructure, application programming, and web and software applications.
• Requires a bachelor's degree in an area of specialty and 10 years of experience in the field or a related area.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• Leads and directs the work of others.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Typically reports to top management.
