Role Overview:

As a Technology Officer at Technologix Group LLC, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of technology within our organization. You will be an integral part of our leadership team, working closely with the senior executives to develop and implement our technology strategy. Your role will involve staying up-to-date with technological advancements and constantly seeking ways to improve our systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
• Oversee all technology operations, including infrastructure, platforms, systems, and applications
• Determine the IT needs of the organization and make recommendations for investments and upgrades
• Evaluate and implement new systems, tools, and techniques that will improve efficiency and productivity
• Ensure the security and integrity of all company data and systems
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure the best value for the company
• Lead and develop a team of technology professionals, providing guidance and support for their career growth
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to identify potential opportunities for the company
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions to enhance their operations
• Monitor and report on technology performance, ensuring it meets the agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs)
  
  

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in a technology leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• In-depth knowledge of information technology systems, infrastructure, and applications
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and data protection principles
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing technology strategies
• Proven track record of managing and leading high-performing technology teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Innovative and creative mindset with a passion for staying updated with the latest technology trends and advancements
• Experience in the financial or professional services industry is a plus
  
  

Salary: $40.000 to $54,000 yearly
