As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a strategic role in our financial operations, driving growth and profitability. Responsibilities include financial task management, alignment of financial and business metrics, and shaping future strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a financial strategy that supports overall business goals
- Lead financial departments, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, and investor relations
- Provide strategic insights on key corporate decisions with financial implications
- Maintain strong internal controls and financial procedures for operational efficiency
- Produce and review accurate financial reports on a regular basis
- Foster relationships with business partners and investors
- Drive financial strategic planning through performance evaluation and market trend analysis
- Advise on long-term business planning and regulatory impacts on financial strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred
- Minimum 7 years of senior financial leadership experience, preferably as a CFO in financial or mortgage industries
- Proficiency in financial planning and analysis, with experience overseeing HR, IT, and legal functions
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, adept at building partnerships and collaborating across teams
- Uphold integrity, reliability, and commitment to organizational mission
- Experience in nonprofit finance, fund and grant accounting, compliance, and reporting is a plus
- Knowledge of electrical contracting industry and its financial specifics is advantageous
