Job Purpose Role- Leading the Information Security Function of Allianz Direct
- Taking ownership for managing information security risks of Allianz Direct
- Supporting the board of management in managing Information Security Risks
- Supporting Allianz Direct in building secure products for our customers and partners
- Oversee all areas of Information Security including but not limited to IAM, GRC, Security Engineering and Strategy
- Provide regular reports to the board of management and other stakeholders in the Allianz Group and Allianz Direct about the status of our Information Security program
- Lead a team of experts in different areas of information security; this includes coaching on personal and professional development
- Engage and empathize with other leaders and software engineering teams to understand their challenges and adjust the security program accordingly
- Monitor for and manage security incidents
- Perform budget planning and steering
- 10 years of experience in various areas of Information Security
- Significant experience leading security projects in a regulated environment
- Experience with cloud-native environments and their security requirements
- Independent and collaborative working style
- Good understanding of current software development processes and best practice
- Ability to empathize and influence key stakeholders to achieve security targets
