Staying informed about industry trends
Identifying collaboration and grant opportunities
Chairing committee meetings
Managing the annual budget
Supervisory Responsibilities

Ensuring staff training and compliance
Qualifications- Master's level education preferred; Bachelor's degree with extensive experience considered
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in senior leadership
- Background in clinical or social services preferred
