WinnCompanies is searching for a Change of Occupancy Maintenance (COM) Coordinator to join our military housing team at Fort Campbell, KY.
In this role, you will coordinate and facilitate the administration of Change of Occupancy Maintenance (COMs) in accordance with time, budget and quality expectations.
You will work closely with the Change of Occupancy Maintenance Manager, the Leasing Manager, and Community Managers.
