Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Manager to join our team. The Catering Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of catering sales operations, from planning and executing events to managing client relationships and driving business growth.

Duties:

- Develop and implement catering sales strategies to meet revenue goals
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and offerings
- Manage all aspects of event planning, including staffing, logistics, and execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Analyze sales data and trends to optimize performance
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools for efficient account management

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in catering or hospitality industry
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on exceeding client expectations
- Business development acumen with a track record of driving sales growth
- Proficiency in Spanish (preferred but not required)
- Technical sales knowledge for effective client engagement
- Experience in outside sales and account management
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions
