SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Bagelmania Catering Sales Manager will help grow our customer base through consistent solicitations and bookings of on-site events and off-site catering. The Sales Manager services new and existing accounts to ensure repeat business.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Create and implement an overall sales strategy.
- Participate in cold calling and sales calls for catering, wholesale, buyouts, and events.
- Perform site visits with clients.
- Maintain sales volume and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Identify current and future customer service requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons to understand service requirements.
- Enhance the existing customer experience to maximize potential sales revenue.
- Remain knowledgeable about the restaurant offerings, and associated amenities and programs.
- Assist in developing a marketing plan to increase and maximize the business potential, along with ongoing competitive reviews.
- Maintain client database for use in client solicitation calls.
- Launch new wholesale and web-based wholesale contracts.
- Develop group pricing guidelines in conjunction with the General Managers.
- Communicating with restaurant staff to ensure the success of events.
- Assist all property General Managers with revenue management, including yield management.
- Compliance with statutory (and legal) requirements for Health and Safety at work.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 3-4 years sales experience for a quick service, full service, or fast food restaurant.
- Ability to do cold calling, building rapport, events management.
- Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines
- Sense of urgency and prioritization
- Ability to success in a deadline driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Sitting, standing, walking, bending, climbing, kneeling and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to multi-task and remain positive in busy working conditions.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Schedule flexibility including nights and weekends where necessary
- Comply with the brand and Company uniform and hygiene policies.
