**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic Catering Manager to oversee our catering operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, exceptional leadership skills, and experience in managing catering services.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage all aspects of catering operations

- Supervise catering staff, providing guidance and training as needed

- Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction

- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for events

- Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food costs

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and presentation

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in catering management or related role

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively

- Knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and sanitation regulations

- Proficiency in inventory control and cost management

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
