Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Catering to lead our catering operations. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of catering services, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement catering strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage catering staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Collaborate with culinary team to create innovative menus and offerings
- Coordinate with clients to plan and execute events according to their specifications
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor financial performance and budgeting for catering operations
- Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts for supplies and services

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leadership roles within the food industry, preferably in catering or hospitality
- Strong knowledge of food production, cooking techniques, and catering best practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills for client interactions and team management
- Ability to interview, hire, and train catering staff effectively
- Familiarity with restaurant management principles and catering operations
- Passion for delivering high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations
- Experience in coffee service is a plus
