Additionally, Cash Management Service Representative elevates important or complex inquiries to the appropriate manager, supervisor, or team to ensure they are resolved appropriately. Tasca Automotive Group is looking to hire an experienced Customer Service, Database/Support Representative to also assist in office duties. Customer Support will be in the form of outbound phone calls and emails. Will be working closely to communicate any concerns with the Customer Relations Manager. Must enjoy talking on the phone and have an overall helpful attitude.
Must be comfortable working on computers. Office duties include filling out and filing documents working closely with shipping companies and dealerships. This may include data entry, making folders etc.
Schedule is as follows:
Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 4:00pm (flexible)
Salary: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
