Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a customer service management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Multilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus
- Experience in sales, project management, negotiation, and analysis is advantageous
