Capacity Planning Supervisor leads a capacity planning team to plan and monitor an organization's operating limits and capacities. Forecasts and plans capacity requirements to align with production schedules, resource levels, and inventory demand. Being a Capacity Planning Supervisor identifies and troubleshoots production issues or bottlenecks that impact plant capacity. Coordinates with internal stakeholders to understand future plans and develop responsive capacity forecasting. Additionally, Capacity Planning Supervisor utilizes production metrics and manufacturing research to develop insights on processes or equipment and recommend improvements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Capacity Planning Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Capacity Planning Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Site Supervisor and Collector at our testing site. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, managing the office environment efficiently, and collecting samples for testing. Your organizational skills and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our testing site.


    Responsibilities:

    Office Management:

    • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
    • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
    • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
    • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting them as necessary.
    • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for testing procedures.

    Supervision:

    • Supervise and provide guidance to other office staff, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support staff development.
    • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure that workload is evenly distributed among team members.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth among office staff.

    Collection Procedures:

    • Collect samples from patients according to established procedures and protocols.
    • Ensure proper labeling and documentation of collected samples.
    • Maintain accurate records of samples collected and assist with sample tracking.

    Customer Service:

    • Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide information and assistance to patients regarding testing procedures.
    • Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

    Financial Management:

    • Utilize QuickBooks Online for general bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable.
    • Generate invoices within QuickBooks Online.
    • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

    Compliance and Safety:

    • Adhere to all relevant safety protocols and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
    • Follow established guidelines for sample collection and handling.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or a related field is highly preferred. A degree demonstrates a strong foundation in relevant knowledge areas and critical thinking skills necessary for the role.
    • Must be willing to complete, or have completed, the Specimen Collector Training: Candidates must have successfully completed, or be willing to complete, training in specimen collection procedures from a recognized training program or institution. This training ensures that candidates are familiar with industry-standard protocols for collecting specimens, maintaining chain of custody, and adhering to privacy regulations. Certification or documentation of completion may be required.
    • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
    • Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures preferred.
    • Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations in healthcare settings is a plus.
