The
Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success
throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of
local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies
and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The
Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring the organization is hiring the
best possible talent. This position can be either on-site or remote. Travel to North Country
Healthcare affiliates required.
Essential Qualifications: Associate's degree from an accredited college or university, preferred. Valid State Driver’s License. Valid, active. Minimum of 3 years of recruiting/marketing/sales/leadership experience in a best-in-class organization; ideally healthcare.
