SALARY:

$20.00 - $23.65 per hour, the posted salary range represents the minimum to the midpoint within RVU’s compensation plan. RVU’s full compensation structure provides a minimum to a maximum range.  The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials.

Primary Purpose

As an integral part of the recruitment team, the Campus Enrollment Recruiter plays a crucial role in supporting the strategic vision of Enrollment Recruitment Supervisor (ERS), focusing exclusively on their designated campus. This role involves customer service, relationship management, and the implementation of targeted recruitment initiatives within the specified location.

Essential Job Functions

• Recruitment: Collaborate with the Admissions team to implement targeted recruitment initiatives on the designated campus and represent the institution at recruitment events within the designated location.
• Pathways Execution: Maintain relationships with educational partners within the designated location and assist in managing Pathway Programs/Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with partner institutions.
• Prospective Student Recruitment: Serve as a point of contact for prospective students at various events on the designated campus and execute phone engagement strategies to provide personalized information and address inquiries.
• Event Coordination: Execute recruitment events, including conferences, on-site prospective student events, and campus tours on the designated campus.
• Conference Representation: Act as a representative of RVU at conferences, highlighting the institution's programs and values within the designated location.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards in enrollment processes.
• Other Duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
• Ability to represent the university professionally at events.
• Travel within the designated campus area and national conferences.
• Proven experience in admissions, recruitment, or student experience in higher education.
• Demonstrates understanding of Enrollment Management Funnel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to valuing inclusive excellence and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• One (1) - two (2) years of professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in any field.
• One (1) - two (2) years of experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or related role.
• One (1) - two (2) years of Higher Education Experience.
