The Director works closely with The Alaska Club's executive team for policy development, implementation, and compliance across all youth-related programs and departments. The Director serves as The Alaska Club's point-of-contact and subject matter expert for establishing and maintaining best practices in the protection of youth-related in all facilities and programs.
