The LaGrange Police Department operates with sixteen sworn police officers, two civilian administrative staff and a code enforcement officer, providing twenty-four hour police services to the City of LaGrange. In addition to uniform patrol officers, special assignments within the department include Criminal Investigations personnel, a School Security Officer "SSO", and a narcotics detection K-9 Unit.
