CAD Drafter Job Description

The primary role is to take prospective real estate and prepare/ create conceptual site layouts for 7 Brew Drive Thru Coffee using AutoCAD software. High level of organization and teamwork will be critical for this role as this is the beginning stages to make or break a location.

Skills, Qualifications, Knowledge Requirements:

• Proficient in AutoCAD Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat
• Understanding Traffic Flow and QSR site design
• Strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly and with attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills with franchisees and their real estate groups
• Understanding Zoning Codes, municipal codes, surveys and land use requirements.
• A highly resourceful team-player with the ability to also be independently effective.
• Innovative thinker, who actively seeks opportunities to improve performance and proposes solutions along with value enginnering
• Effective time management and logical decision-making ability
• Capacity to handle pressure

Experience/Education:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in AutoCAD use in site design, civil design and/or land development.
• Associate degree in drafting/ design focused on site design, civil design and/or land development.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), with the ability to quickly adapt to changing technology environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
