Being a Busser may fill water glasses or assist servers. May require a high school diploma. Additionally, Busser typically reports to a supervisor. The Busser works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Maintain a clean dining room by clearing dishes, sweeping dining room floors, stocking supplies, sanitizing contact surfaces, and resetting tables for the next guests
Perform duties to support the service team as instructed by a manager
Work quickly to provide friendly service and keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
Requires some shifts on evenings, weekends, and holidays
