Business Systems Analysis Manager jobs in Ohio
Business Systems Analysis Manager manages a team of analysts responsible for the analysis of new business system development and existing system improvement. Allocates analysis team resources and monitors deliverables to ensure client needs are met successfully and in a timely fashion. Being a Business Systems Analysis Manager builds test plans and data. Coordinates with other teams to identify and implement new systems to support business function at effective cost. Additionally, Business Systems Analysis Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Business Systems Analysis Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Business Systems Analysis Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. The PM will be responsible for coordinating, planning and executing projects, as well as, developing project scope, schedule, estimate, cost and budget and managing through completion. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of project stakeholder groups. Candidates must have strong management experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative, environment. This position has the potential of full-time employment after contract and any potential travel would be less than 25%.
Requirements
- Apply project management skills in all phases of project engineering from conception to closeout.
- Manage multiple projects and assignments in a timely, safe, and cost-effective manner.
- Candidates local to the NW Ohio or SE Michigan area is strongly preferred.
- Minimum five years’ experience as a project manager.
- Must work independently and proactively
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must be willing and able to travel via commercial airlines and personal vehicles.
- Must be approved to work in the United States
- Ability to read and write fluently in English
- Experience using Bluebeam, Excel, and Foundation software is a plus
- Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Effective working in a group Project Controls environment.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of project stakeholders.
