Job Summary:
The Business Process Specialist will analyze, design, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, enhance quality, and drive performance across the organization. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify process improvement opportunities, implementing best practices, and ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Essential Duties:
- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement optimized processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, procedures, and work instructions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes and make adjustments as necessary.
- Provide training and support to staff on new processes and improvements.
- Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to track process performance and identify trends.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process-related metrics and KPIs.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in process management and optimization.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field OR equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process analysis, improvement, or related roles.
- Experience with process improvement tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and process analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
Compensation / Benefits:
- Salary bonus range: $60,000-$70,000 based on location and experience.
- 401k Plan Available with a company match up to 5% at eligibility after 12 months of employment.
- Health benefits Medical, dental, and vision per company policy. Employer covers 100% of employee health insurance costs.
- 80 hours of Annual Paid Time Off on an accrual basis for the first 12 months. After 12 months 160 hours accrual per annum.

Location:
- Onsite position at the Scribe-X corporate office in Portland, Oregon. A hybrid schedule is available with the supervisor's permission.
