Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Director of Business Process at Northwest Title. The Director of Business Process will be responsible for managing, administering, and improving our workflow for providing title and closing services. This role is not about the performance of the services, but rather is a tech-forward role that involves strategizing, architecting, due diligence on technology vendors, software administration, implementation and training. It is a hybrid role, with the majority of work conducted out of Columbus, Ohio, with the flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Business Process Improvement, Business Process Management, and Business Intelligence
• Background in title insurance and settlement services
• Demonstrated problem solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
• Experience in process improvement methodologies
• Experience leading software implementations and workflow changes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
