Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Director of Business Process at Northwest Title. The Director of Business Process will be responsible for managing, administering, and improving our workflow for providing title and closing services. This role is not about the performance of the services, but rather is a tech-forward role that involves strategizing, architecting, due diligence on technology vendors, software administration, implementation and training. It is a hybrid role, with the majority of work conducted out of Columbus, Ohio, with the flexibility for some remote work.
