JOB SUMMARY: Support Charter’s Business Intelligence (BI) group by providing analysis, resolution of data issues, and historical restatements, and communicate progress to key stakeholders. Manage and implement small enhancement to process and data structures. Support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Provide guidance and education in the interpretation and application of BI products. Provide coordination and development of products to measure agent performance. Communicate data integrity issues, nuances, and insights to all levels of the company. Maintain Key Operating Metric definitions and own BI single source of truth reporting. Monitor and manage business requests. Query data to provide requested information requested to business users Present easily consumable data for successful user adoption. Oversee coordination between BI Project teams, Data Architecture team, Product Operations, stakeholders and external providers. Create and maintain report documentation, data dictionary, and training materials for customers. Ensure expectations are aligned within Charter’s larger BI group. Manage the delivery of projects through requirements gathering, development lifecycle, user acceptance testing, and packaging the final product for end-user adoption and consumption. Execute roadmaps of business focused BI initiatives for key deliverables and associated deadlines. Utilize SQL and stored procedures to support business intelligence products. Support data collection and database and report design with ANSI SQL databases. Utilize operational processes associated with the cable or telecommunications industry including key operating metrics and finance results. Deliver business intelligence solutions with Teradata, SQL server, or Microstrategy. Manage business intelligence resources to support business user needs.
EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 5 years of experience in: data collection and database and report design with ANSI SQL databases; and delivering business intelligence solutions with Teradata, SQL server, or Microstrategy. 2 years of experience in: SQL and stored procedures to support business intelligence products; and operational processes associated with the cable or telecommunications industry including key operating metrics and finance results. 1 year of experience managing business intelligence resources to support business user needs.
