    • Take charge of identifying and seizing opportunities within the Automotive market.
    • Develop and execute growth strategies tailored for OEM/Tier 1 Automotive customers.
    • Foster transparent collaboration with stakeholders, including management and product teams.
    • Cultivate strong, multi-level customer relationships to drive design wins.
    • Lead the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, handling negotiations and issue resolution.
    • Provide valuable customer feedback to enhance product offerings.
    • Develop short- and long-term sales plans to drive revenue growth.


    Qualifications:

    • Proven track record in Automotive OEM sales within the EMEA region.
    • 5-10 years of experience in sales, applications, program management, or marketing.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
    • Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
    • Ideally experienced in selling opto-mechatronic/sensor solutions (LiDAR/Camera/3D systems).
