Job Description
ITSM Business Analyst
NTT DATA is looking for a motivated ServiceNow Business Analyst with experience gathering business requirements, process mapping, and training end users to join our Business Process practice. This position is a unique opportunity for someone with high-energy and a desire to develop their consulting skills and technical knowledge in an entrepreneurial, fast paced, collaborative and fun environment.

Primary Responsibilities- Work closely with and support our Business Process Consultants during client workshops and throughout ServiceNow Implementations
- Capture business requirements, work with process flow diagrams, and document business cases
- Partner with project leadership teams to write, review, and maintain user stories
- Document end-to-end process flow
- Prepare training materials and lead client fulfiller training sessions
- Primary skillset in ITSM with secondary skillset with HRSD and experience with Integration between the modules.
- 1 years of hands on ServiceNow experience
- 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst, or similar role, working with customers, documenting and gathering requirements, and developing test scripts and training material for technology deployments
- 1 years ITSM experience
- 1 years HRSD experience
- 1 years Integration experience (with ITSM and HRSD)
