Business Continuity Manager leads the implementation and supports the development of a comprehensive business continuity strategy and programs, plans, and toolsets that support response, develop resiliency, and enable recovery from events that disrupt business operations. Establishes a framework and methodology to manage all business continuity life cycle activities, including risk assessment, business impact analysis, strategy development, implementation, testing and review, plan maintenance and updates. Being a Business Continuity Manager leads periodic review, validation, and workflow testing of documented business continuity plans. Develops and implements organization-wide training and communications. Additionally, Business Continuity Manager supports internal audits and regulatory exams of compliance with required regulations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. May require the Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or similar BCP certification. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Business Continuity Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Catalog Continuity Manager to contribute to our Lightning Source (LS) Content Acquisitions team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville.
In this role, you will provide operational management and excellence of downstream title display, salability, and discoverability for the Ingram Exclusive Content catalog, supporting publisher services and curation projects. You will focus on opportunities to increase the discoverability of publisher content surfaced by our catalog continuity efforts. You’ll be expected to partner across the Ingram organization, including Ingram Product, Ingram Digital Services, IT, and others to solve visibility issues in the catalog. You’ll also partner with the Sr. Manager IngramSpark Distribution to interpret catalog health and continuity reporting to identify opportunities for improving the visibility of our catalog in global markets. Additionally, you will work with different business owners across the company to ensure the accuracy, persistence, and optimization of the Lightning Source (LS) Catalog within Ingram Book Company outbound feeds.
