Business Continuity Manager leads the implementation and supports the development of a comprehensive business continuity strategy and programs, plans, and toolsets that support response, develop resiliency, and enable recovery from events that disrupt business operations. Establishes a framework and methodology to manage all business continuity life cycle activities, including risk assessment, business impact analysis, strategy development, implementation, testing and review, plan maintenance and updates. Being a Business Continuity Manager leads periodic review, validation, and workflow testing of documented business continuity plans. Develops and implements organization-wide training and communications. Additionally, Business Continuity Manager supports internal audits and regulatory exams of compliance with required regulations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. May require the Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or similar BCP certification. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Business Continuity Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Business Continuity Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Koch Agronomic Services is seeking a motivated and self-driven Territory Business Manager to join our team! The successful candidate will manage all sales, across North Dakota and South Dakota, calling on dealers, distribution and head offices of Ag retailers driving sales growth.


    Our Team

    The Territory Business Manager reports to the Sales Manager and the role is based in the territory that is being supported, across North Dakota and South Dakota. The role includes overnight and day travel up to 75%, a company truck is provided.


    What You Will Do

    • Lead the business and profitable growth in the region
    • Develop, own and manage relationships with key customers and targets
    • Create sales strategies, prioritization plan and forecasting
    • Partner with marketing and product line to generate tools and ideas for product development and portfolio expansion
    • Present and educate to audiences such as: General Managers, Senior Buyers, Dealers, Wholesalers, Distribution reps, Retail sales staff and Growers


    Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

    • Experience in the crop, fertilizer, chemical or Ag business
    • Field based value-added agriculture sales or marketing experience


    What Will Put You Ahead

    • 5 years or more of field based value-added agriculture sales / marketing experience
    • A broad portfolio to or within the distribution channel
    • Manufacturer or Retail sales experience in Ag fertility, chemical, or biological sales
