Business Application Delivery Director directs and leads an organization's business application delivery department. Improves operational processes and supports critical business strategies by directing the development, implementation, and maintenance of application systems. Being a Business Application Delivery Director enhances operations by establishing metrics, analyzing processes, and implementing standard methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables. Formulates business application architecture plans, estimates costs, and ensures projects meet strategic needs. Additionally, Business Application Delivery Director establishes policies and procedures that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations and support efficient operations. Leads and develops a team of business application delivery programmers with training in the best practices and technologies. Uses knowledge of the field to keep the department's software, techniques, and tools up to date. Manages resource planning and decision-making. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior/top management. The Business Application Delivery Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Business Application Delivery Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.     Your role in our future

    Lead the strategic direction of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives at Quadient, leveraging data-driven insights and fostering tangible transformation.

    Collaborate with various stakeholders from the CEO through to employee networks to champion inclusive practices across all organizational levels, ensuring an EPIC environment for employees.

    Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-year strategy aligning with business objectives, while staying up-to-date with the evolving D&I landscape.

    Manage one dedicated direct report in the US. Across the wider business, you’ll be supported by several engaged colleagues including executive sponsors, empowered community leads, and a DEI council.

    Key Accountabilitie

    • To drive a global diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy in alignment with our business goals.
    • To work closely with key stakeholders, including HR, talent, finance, procurement, marketing, culture and communications, and environmental, social and governance (ESG) functions to integrate DE&I into organizational practices
    • To develop benchmarks and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in the wider business
    • To ensure our performance management and progression practices are inclusive and accessible to all.
    • To partner closely with our Empowered Communities (Employee Resource Groups) and listen to their suggestions on how to make our culture more inclusive.
    • To be an influential leader in DE&I issues, supporting the company internally and representing it externally as a thought leader
