Building and Grounds Supervisor jobs in Georgia
Building and Grounds Supervisor supervises and trains building and grounds maintenance staff. Oversees landscaping activities, the maintenance of sidewalks and parking areas, and the removal of trash and snow. Being a Building and Grounds Supervisor maintains and monitors the operation of all utility systems such as heating, ventilating and air conditioning. May be responsible for the housekeeping staff. Additionally, Building and Grounds Supervisor, a level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. Pay- $17.00
Applicant will need to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen and have a clean driving record in order to be considered for employment.
Custodians with New Image provide cleaning and disinfection services in various facilities using GREEN certified chemicals and state-of-the-art equipment. Now more than ever, employees and visitors to facilities expect a clean, disinfected, and safe environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Performing custodial services such as vacuuming, cleaning, disinfecting and replenishment of PPE and consumables
- Processing waste management including recycling
Job Requirements:
- Experience working in an environment where safety is a priority.
- Experience working with a team
- Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written
Certifications are not required. However, our industry trade associations (BSCAI, ISSA, IICRC) offer many certification programs. New Image offers annual compensation increments to those who currently hold applicable certifications or those who work to complete them.
Monday-Friday 10AM-6PM
Pay- $17.00/hr

- 1 hour of PTO (paid time off) for every 30 hours worked
