Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Buffet and Salad Bar Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and replenishing variety of dishes on the buffet/salad bar while maintaining a clean and organized environment for our Guests.

Responsibilities:
- The main thing to keep in mind is that the Old Country Store serves a large volume of Guests, so this is a fast paced and physically demanding job.

- Keep a full and friendly buffet and salad bar for Guests to enjoy throughout their meal.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- Monitor food supplies and communicate inventory needs
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food production

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a kitchen or food service setting
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in an environment that also cooks in batches, such as schools, buffet restaurants, casinos, cruise ships, hospitals, tourism attractions
- Familiarity with catering operations
- Background in meal preparation within the food industry

- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and health regulations
- Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
