Our legacy began in 1971 as the credit union for employees of Washington Steel Corporation. What you will do:

This position is the Leader of assigned Universal CHROME reps. and is accountable for leading them to provide quality experiences to members who prefer face-to-face interaction with the Credit Union.

• Greets all CHROME members with a warm and welcoming smile
• Develop and mentor employees in an enthusiastic way
• See opportunities and act to establish new CHROME member relationships
• Assist members when applying for consumer loans and suggests appropriate products and services matching the member needs
• Show members how to simplify their financial lives by using technology
• Provide personalized banking services to members while striving to deliver a "WOW" experience

What you need to bring with you:

• Enthusiasm and Positive Energy - These traits are absolutely essential
• Experience - Two-five years previous bank experience required including Branch Management or Assistant Branch Management
• Education - Two year college degree or completion of an in house training program
• Abilities - Comfortable with current technology including experience with mobile devices such as smartphone, tablet and the internet
• Must be available to work full time at multiple locations with flexible hours including some Saturday hours

Washington (Meadowlands) location
