Branch Review Specialist conducts branch internal audits to determine whether business controls are sufficient and effectively executed in accordance with bank policies and procedures. Tests established procedures to ensure operational efficiency within branch offices. Being a Branch Review Specialist determines whether branches are performing their planning, accounting, custodial, or business control activities in compliance with management instructions, policies, and procedures. Evaluates functions and activities in assigned areas to determine the nature of operations and the adequacy of systems to achieve established objectives. Additionally, Branch Review Specialist recommends corrective actions and improvements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Branch Review Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following :

    • Answer and route all incoming phone calls.
    • Provide accurate information to internal and external customers regarding pre-certification process, including gathering demographic, non-clinical, and / or provider data for pre-certification via phone, fax, inter / intranet,
    • Eldorado / Case Pac computer programs.
    • Review service requests and manage the requests as efficiently as possible involving the appropriate department as needed.
    • Perform data entry and maintain complete documentation of case information; assist in document maintenance or revisions;

    compile monthly reports; maintain logs and files.

    What you bring to the Personify Health team :

    • Associate degree preferred in business, management, or related field.
    • Prior experience in customer service and / or medical background.
    • Prior insurance and / or claims background
    • Prior experience in a medical front office or hospital patient intake, medical claims processing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to manage high volumes of customer service calls.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    • Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced / deadline driven environment.
    • Demonstrate ability to work independently with excellent judgment.
    • Accurate data entry skills (40wpm)
    • Knowledge of medical terminology; ICD-10, CPT & HCPCS coding desirable.
