Balances ledgers, reconciles accounts, and prepares reports to show receipts, expenditures, accounts receivable, and payable. Being a Bookkeeper follows bookkeeping procedures established by the organization. May require an associate degree or equivalent. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
Ideal Experience Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
Minimum 2 years of previous office experience; background in a property management office preferred.
Other Strong computer proficiency – preferably Mac; specifically with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google (drive, docs), and Internet browsing, Adobe Acrobat and QuickBooks Online.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to walk, bend, stand, sit, lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance, stretch/reach, hear, see, hand/finger dexterity and drive a vehicle. Must be free of physical limitations.
